If you have been telephoned and told I’ve won and can pay for an award straight away….
You haven’t won by this method and you’ve probably been targeted by fraudsters exploiting your recent social media post. Nominees have reported being telephoned by companies in Glasgow and Warwickshire offering them in vague terms to sell them the award. You will find this happens soon after a post anywhere on social media.
There is an award but it isn’t ours and by saying business awards they are hoping you become confused. We do not work with any other company for press releases or photos, this is a lie. They have not worked with us for years, that is also a lie. Press releases are sent directly from us and the photographers are with us at the awards nights.
That’s why you have a named representative with their mobile number. The fraudsters will want your card details straight away or issue an invoice which is not from the contact address on this website. We understand this can be embarrassing and frustrating but if you can give us any information about being contacted in this manner we can help warn other businesses. The caller will talk about the award and say they are working with us or are us which is not true we don’t work through any other business. We don’t offer postal awards nor do we charge you £500+ to send it to you. This type of deception has increased in 2025.
