Shortlisting begins in Dundee

dundee business awards 2017

Shortlisting will begin for some of the first businesses on Monday. Nominations on the Scotlands Business Awards website have been open all year, in fact nomination never closes now across Scotland. Over the last two months we have been processing the Dundee entries.

Local finalists will begin to be shortlisted into the award categories. The shortlisting is done in person by awards representatives revisiting the premises. These revisits are all carried out for a reason. Shortlisted business will be in no doubt if they are in the final and can ask any further questions they may have about the local or national awards process. Of course it allows awards staff another look at the business.

Just like the rest of Scotland, any Dundee business who wins in October can go on to compete in the national Grand Final in Glasgow next year. The Grand Final is only open to businesses who have won in their region. No Dundee business has yet competed in a Grand Final.

Shortlisting will take place in over the next two weeks, voting however remains open until 2nd October. So there’s still time to change the outcome of the awards on 4th October by clicking on the link below and voting for your favourites
